Senior Java EE Developer (WebLogic)
Rate in step 05Maintaining and developing Java EE applications on Oracle WebLogic 14c. Client: blue-chip telco. Required: WebLogic admin, JMS, JDBC, Spring Framework, Linux.
Apply →For 25 years we have maintained enterprise infrastructure for T-Mobile, PZU, Orange, BASF and Samsung. We give employers access to a database of specialists, and candidates — projects you won't find on any job board.
Body leasing, team augmentation, full competence outsourcing. Average tenure of our people: 12+ years. Senior matching time: 3–10 days.
Production environments at T-Mobile, PZU, Orange. Rates above market median, long-term contracts, Oracle/IBM certifications included.
On the left: from your enquiry to an engineer in production. On the right: from application to an offer with a rate on the table. Every step has a time budget, and the totals sit above each track — you can add them up. Open a step to see what happens inside it.
We ask what a recruiter never asks: which WebLogic version, whether the cluster sits on RAC, who keeps the runbooks, what the real SLA is and who signed it. If that call tells us we do not have anyone in your stack, you hear it on day one — not in week three.
The screen is run by our own engineer from the same stack, not by an online test. Each profile comes with a note: what the person ran in production, what they did not, and where they will need support at the start. We write the weak spots ourselves — we do not wait for you to find them in the interview.
The calendar is on our side — we do not send you off to agree slots with the candidate. If your team needs a second round we run it, but the process then moves by two days and we say so immediately, not after the fact.
We have NDA and DPA templates ready; if your legal team has its own, we work on theirs. Access requests, VPN and accounts run in parallel. Honestly: this is the one step whose timing depends mostly on you. If granting permissions takes two weeks at your end, day 10 moves by those two weeks.
The first two weeks are a trial period. If the person does not fit we swap them at no cost — you pay only for the hours worked. It usually comes down to an incomplete brief, so we go back to step 01, not to a pile of CVs.
A niche stack (WebLogic 12c, WAS 8.5, Tuxedo) — realistically two weeks. A team of three to five — four to six weeks. We tell you in step 01, not in week three.
No account, no ATS, no retyping your CV field by field. If you have a current CV, attach the file. If you do not, five sentences about what you run and at what scale is enough for a first conversation.
An engineer or the person running the process writes back, not an autoresponder. If the answer is no, we say what was missing and whether it is worth coming back in six months. If you have no reply after 48 hours, write to [email protected] — it means something slipped on our side.
We talk about environments you actually ran: what broke, how you found it, what you would do differently. You can say „I do not know” — that is a better answer than guessing, and we score it that way.
Before the call you get from us: who the client is, the scale of the environment and what the role actually covers. No „a large client in the financial sector” that you only get to identify on the day. On that basis you can say no before the interview even happens — turning something down does not remove you from our database.
A decision within a week of the last stage. It comes with the rate, the contract length, the working mode and the list of certifications we fund in your first year. If the decision is no, you hear it the same day as everyone else.
On the left: how large a slice we take on. On the right: what you would actually be working on.
A senior from our bench on a B2B contract. Twelve years of experience on average, narrow stack.
One consistent stack, one point of contact, one contract. We scale both ways during the engagement.
We answer for the environment staying up, not for the hours logged.
Banking, telco, energy, insurance. Systems where the penalty clause is on page one of the contract.
WebLogic → Kubernetes, WebSphere → Liberty, on-prem → cloud. Closed scope, a real end date.
Data tokenisation, on-chain ML attestations, zk-ML — shipped at clients the size of T-Mobile, not at hackathons. Three profiles in open roles.
No asterisks. Anything not in this table we agree case by case, and we say so in the first conversation.
A short list — only the roles we are filling right now. Rates come in step 05 of the process, together with the decision.
