Full refund of the hosting fee. If we migrated your store on the Shop M or Shop L plan, we move it back to the previous hosting at no cost. The refund does not cover payment gateway fees or third-party licenses such as Magento Commerce.
Fair use means we do not count gigabytes for normal store traffic. If your transfer starts to diverge from the service profile, we call you and agree terms — we do not throttle you and we do not add it to the invoice without warning.
Standard hosting treats a shop like a website. We configure it like an application: Redis, dedicated workers, conversion monitoring, cart alerts.
