Who answers the inquiry?

An engineer from our team — not a call centre, not a salesperson. Your first reply includes a preliminary scope of work and a ballpark estimate, not a generic „we'll get back to you".

How much does a Middleware Audit cost?

The first conversation and initial environment review are free. A full paid audit is quoted as a flat fee once the scope is defined — typically 3,000–12,000 PLN net depending on installation scale.

Do you support legacy WebLogic 12c and WebSphere 8.5?

Yes. We work across the full stack: WebLogic 10g/12c/14c, WebSphere 7/8.5/9.0, Liberty 22.x+. We also handle migrations to newer versions or to the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).

How fast do you react to a production outage?

For clients with a 24/7 care contract — first response within 15 minutes, diagnostics started within 30 minutes, SLA per contract. For inquiries without a contract: first response within 24 business hours.
