Which clouds do you support?
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform — with focus on EU regions (Frankfurt, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Stockholm) for GDPR and latency from Poland. Hybrid (cloud + on-prem) and multi-cloud environments — also.
Does migration mean downtime?
No. A standard blue-green cutover gives under 15 minutes downtime (DNS switch with TTL 60s). For applications with read-only failover DB replication — zero downtime is possible. Every change has a documented rollback plan.
What about legacy Oracle WebLogic and IBM WebSphere?
We migrate 1:1 (lift & shift on EC2 / Azure VM / GCE with BYOL licensing) or refactor to Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE) with Open Liberty or WebLogic Kubernetes Operator. We decide after a TCO cost audit — managed runtime often wins after 18 months.
How much does it cost?
Cloud Assessment (audit + plan): from 4,990 PLN net. Lift & Shift: from 19,990 PLN net. Refactor / modernisation: from 49,990 PLN net. The final quote after audit depends on number of apps, databases and modernisation scope. Cloud cost (OpEx) provided separately based on audit estimate.
What about GDPR and data residency in EU?
We work in EU regions: eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), westeurope (Amsterdam), europe-west3 (Frankfurt), eu-north-1 (Stockholm). Standard: DPA with hyperscaler, encryption at rest + in transit, data classification. We help prepare RoPA and DPIA analysis.
How long does migration take?
Cloud Assessment: 2–3 weeks. Lift & Shift: 4–8 weeks for a typical app (1 WLS domain + 1 DB). Refactor / containerisation: 3–6 months. You get a concrete schedule before start — no opaque "we'll see".
What happens after cutover?
30–90 days hyper-care (24/7 support, daily syncups, monitoring + alerts to PagerDuty/Slack). Then optionally: ongoing 5/8 or 7/24 care + FinOps (quarterly cloud cost reviews and optimisation proposals — reserved instances, savings plans, right-sizing).
Do you migrate between clouds too?
Yes. AWS → Azure, Azure → GCP, multi-cloud and hybrid (cloud + on-prem) — we do it. Most common reason: vendor lock-in after initial migration, RDS / Azure SQL cost, regulatory requirements for a specific region. We also have a repatriation playbook (cloud → on-prem) for clients who recalculated TCO.
