1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser on your device (computer, phone, tablet) while you use a website. They let the site remember your preferences (e.g. dark mode), your session state, or analytics data.
We also use similar technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage — which work on a similar principle, but the data is stored only on your browser side.
2. Which cookies we use
FlexNet uses only essential and functional cookies. We do not use marketing cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers.

Third parties: some resources (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN) may record technical server logs (IP, user agent), but they do not set tracking cookies in your browser.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party analytics tools
- We do not display ads — neither our own nor through an ad network
- We do not profile visitors (no ML, no behavioural segmentation)
- We do not sell or share marketing data with third parties
- We do not use browser fingerprinting
4. Your consent
On your first visit a banner appears asking for consent to cookies. You have two options:
- Accept all — consent to all cookies (in our case only essential and functional, because we use no others)
- Essential only — only the cookies required for the site to work
Your decision is stored in localStorage under the key fx_consent (date + choice). You can change it at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the site footer.
5. How to manage cookies in your browser
Regardless of the consent banner, you can manage cookies directly in your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
You can also use tools such as Privacy Badger or uBlock Origin (browser extensions).
6. Consequences of disabling cookies
Disabling all cookies (including essential ones) may cause:
- No memory of the dark/light mode choice — the site always loads the default mode
- The consent banner appearing on every visit
- Some form features may not work correctly
The site remains fully functional in terms of content — all information, documents and contact details are available without cookies.
7. Changes to this cookie policy
This cookie policy may be updated when technology or processes change. Every change is recorded in the document header (version number + date). We will inform you of material changes via a banner on the site.
