For critical PROD we generally recommend new — warranty, support level and lifecycle predictability outweigh the 50% saving.

Standard configurations Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem: 2–4 weeks (assembled in EU factories). Custom configurations NetApp/Pure arrays, IBM Power, Oracle Exadata: 4–10 weeks (build-to-order, often from the US). Software licences: usually 24–48 h from order (ESD — key by email). Urgent orders — we have stock partners for 48 h delivery of popular configurations (1U/2U Intel/AMD).
